About NoroGard AB
NoroGard AB is a private owned company based in Sweden with more than 45 years of experience in manufacturing seed treaters. Until 1994 we manufactured the well known KenoGard machines. From 1995 we manufacture the NoroGard (a.k.a. Rosengren) continuous seed treaters, and from 2005 the NoroGard (a.k.a. Rotogard) batch treaters.
The machines are developed to be extremly reliable, knowing that our machines will be used under strenuous conditions where breakdowns will not be accepted.
We offer continuous machines with capacities from 1 to 45 tonnes per hour and batch machines with capacities upp to 50 tonnes per hour

The PLC-controlled machines can be equipped with
- continuous control of used liquid,
- automatic dosage calibration,
- recipe management,
- remote control panel,
- modem for connection to our service-team,
- printer for printouts of used amout of treating liquid per dosing system and amount of treated seed for any period
- possibility to connect the control system to a distant PC via an internet protocol (like Explorer), in order to monitor the machine performance and to receive statistics
Based on our standard models and options, we can design a Rosengren seed treater or a Rotogard batch treater that will suit any seed production plant
Development of methods for seed application
The demand has increased for seed treaters that can handle new water-based and more viscous treatment liquids without losses in capacity, more advanced recipes, new biological treatment products based on micro-organisms and micronutrient-products.
As an independent privately owned company NoroGard welcomes collaboration with any company when it comes to seed application.

At our assembly– and testingplant in Skurup, all our machines are tested before delivery. For more than 45 years, we have been manufacturing machines for seed treatment.
