Model-4 is available with capacities from 6 – 35 tonnes /hour.
This model is suitable for big seed plants with
high demands of reliability and high quality
application. Control and supervision is carried
out via a computer program that allows
connection via modem to our service central in
Sweden. Printouts of information about treated seed
volumes and used amount of treatment liquids.
The machine is equipped with a sophisticated
supervision-system. This system also controls
the dosage of each used treatment liquid.
In spite of the sophisticated construction, the
machine is very dependable, which is a must in
seed plants that handle large quantities of
seed under severe conditions.
Usage
Closed system for continuous treating of barley,
wheat, rye, peas, maize, soya, rape seed, beans etc.
Liquid application
Rotating through a multispray mist zone, the
stream of seeds receives an even, thorough
dressing.
Construction
Construction gives maximum operating reliability
and control, with simple dosage adjustment and a
minimal service requirement. Six separate
dosage systems available. All major service
components easily accessible. In the event of an
unforeseen incident, for example if the seed or
liquid run out, the machine shuts down and
displays the problem. When the problem is
rectified the machine restarts. The machine can
be monitored by remote control and throughput
and loading data can be transmitted.
Maintenance
All vital parts are easily accessible for
cleaning and servicing, This is very important
as the safety of the operation is directly
dependent on the maintenance
Placement
The capacity of the machines makes them suitable
for large treatment plants. The machines
are easy to install in small rooms as they have
a compact design.
